Hi everyone,
I am reaching out here because I haven't received a response regarding my support ticket #4151069, which was opened on March 11, 2026.
Issue Summary:
The Problem: My account was charged for a paid plan, but the features were never activated.
Status: I have been successfully billed, but I still do not have access to the subscription services.
Timeline: It has been nearly two months without any feedback or resolution from the support team.
Has anyone else experienced such a long delay for billing issues? If a GitHub moderator or staff member sees this, I would greatly appreciate any help in checking the status of this ticket.
